Dr. Jeff Malyon grew up in the Pacific Northwest, earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington, then went on to graduate from the University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1984. Dr Malyon practiced in the Portland area for three years then moved his family to Switzerland where he worked in a school dental clinic for three years.
After this wonderful adventure, the Malyon family moved back to Bellevue where he started his current dental practice in 1991.
Dr Malyon and his wife enjoy spending as much time as possible with their six children. Church and outdoor activities play a big part in their lives. Dr Malyon volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and is involved in both community and church activities.

Kim Handy – Office Manager
Kim has been with Lake Hills Family Dentistry since 2008. She graduated with a Master’s degree from the University of Maryland and lived in the DC area for 21 years before moving to Washington in 2000. Kim and her husband like to travel and spend time with their sons. Kim also enjoys sewing, gardening, bicycling, and doing remodeling projects in her home. She warmly welcomes each patient and helps them understand their treatment plan, payment options, and how to maximize insurance benefits for the care they need.
Chisaki Lee – Dental Assistant
Chisaki offers our patients gentle and efficient care. She is a graduate of the highly regarded Lake Washington Institute of Technology. When she is not working, she loves baking, gardening, and going to farmers markets with her husband, son and miniature dachshund.
Niloofar Kazemipour, RDH
Niloo received her associates degree in dental hygiene from Amarillo College, Texas in 2013. She moved to Washington in 2015 and received her Washington hygiene license in 2017 after taking some extra classes. Niloo always wanted to work in the dental field because she is passionate about teeth and loves being involved with people’s overall health, specifically their oral health. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, photography and road tripping with her husband.
